Payments by certified check or money order made payable to "Freeport Village Court', are accepted by mail and in-person. Payments can be made at the court office located at 40 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport New York 11520 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Doors reopen at 5:30PM for Monday Evening Court Sessions. 

ALL REQUESTS FOR COURT APPEARANCES MUST MADE IN PERSON OR IN WRITING.

To obtain the next available court date, please come to the office in person with a valid photo I.D. If you are unable to appear in person to request a date, you must send an email or fax. You must include your name, ticket number and/or motorist I.D. or D.O.B. Also state if you prefer to appear in the morning or evening. 

IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED OR DUE TO BE SUSPENDED PLEASE ENTER THE WORD “SUSPENSION” IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL OR AT THE TOP OF YOUR FAX.
