The Mission of Community Affairs is to develop and maintain a partnership in the community between the police, residents, schools and businesses. This division partners with community leaders, civic organizations and concerned citizens to educate them on police policies and practices, and to develop solutions to challenges that arise within the Village communities. We are confident that by strengthening these relationships and building trust; the safety of the public will be enhanced and the bond between the public and the police will be fortified.
